Five Things to Know About the New Website!

Print Your Own Invoice

With the new web site, you will be emailed your invoice after your order is reviewed by NYSASBO staff. You can also print your invoice from the website. Log in, go to Member Home, then Person Record Detail, and click on Order History. Here you can select a range and view your order history and view and print your invoices from those orders.

Member/Non-Member Registration Rates

The membership website verifies each person's membership status and type. It will automatically give the member pricing.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing (or by email at asbomail@nysasbo.org) three days prior to the start of the program and are subject to a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than three business days prior to the start of the program. Cancellation fees are $50 unless otherwise stated.

Only One Person Per Order

Since the new site verifies each person and their member type for pricing, the system will allow only one person per registration order.

Proof of Attendance

Log in, go to Member Home, then Person Record Detail, and click on Transcript/Continuing Education Credits. Here you can view all of the events you have attended and see what credits you have earned from those events.

Update Your Own Contact Information

Keep your information up to date, and change your username and password - but let us know if you are moving districts! Log in, go to Member Home, then Person Record Detail, and click on Modify My Record.
